Theres hundreds of cases to choose from, NZXT Source 340 is a really good case, nice airflow and looks great too. The Riotoro CR500 is a good one too, both around £50-60

Again, it depends what the system is being used for. It also depends on the price obviously. If it's $20, it's gold. If it's $600, it's trash. I wouldn't buy it regardless but I hate TN panels so that's pretty much the only reason. If you're wanting 1080p 144Hz, then I'd consider this;

Yeah, you don't need a $1500+ system to avoid 'internet lag'? If you're using a bunch of tabs in Chrome, that'll eat up RAM but 16GB is fine. If your computer is just sluggish overall, adding an SSD rather than using an HDD would remedy that. If your internet is just slow, no amount of money you spend on the PC itself will do anything.

As for cases;
Phanteks Eclipse P300, Eclipse P350x, Eclipse P400(S), Enthoo Pro TG, Enthoo Pro M TG.
Fractal Design Define R6, Define C, Meshify C.
Cooler Master Mastercase H500 and Corsair 400C are decent options too, both under $100. Alternatively, Corsair 460x is essentially the exact same case as the 570x and can be had for right around $100. I wouldn't buy a 460x but if that's your cup of tea, $100 is significantly easier to swallow than the $180+ the 570x seems to cost.

You don't need to add an SSD. I included one, the 860 EVO. Just install your OS on the SSD and it'll make the system much snappier than if you were just using an HDD. Though if you want more storage than the 500GB SSD I included, add an HDD in whichever capacity you require alongside the 860 EVO.
