No, when you have a bad burn disc is pretty much ruined.

also I got on the loading screen but it pops up saying 'Game error' (The disc is unreadable)

also make sure you're using the correct disc, if you're in UK, then make sure that your ISO is a PAL copy of GTA, other wise look for Region Free.

I'm uploading a video now, using WaW as an example because my GTA 4 disc is broken, I'll edit this post.

What if I hotswap the discs on loading screen on GTA 4 i mean when the 'R' shows on the screen then I swap would that work?
