Hey guys, im sure this is not a very common topic. I'm interviewing for my first job tomorrow and my potential employer has sent me questions beforehand to prepare. Its my first job interview and im pretty nervous. I will provide you guys the questions. Anything helps!!

Question: Describe a time when you encouraged other members of your group to work together and support one another in a team effort. How did you encourage them? What was the result?

Question: Tell me about a time when you changed your priorities to meet others' expectations.

Question: Describe a time when you had a different opinion that someone else about the best way to do something? How did your opinions differ? How did you try to resolve your differences? What was the outcome?

Easy questions. Your employer has given you the answers to the test before you take it.

Use STAR model and formulate 2 examples for each drawing on your own experience.

STAR means Situation, Task, Action, Result. It's the accepted standard for constructing answers to behavioural interview questions.

This 100%.

You are basically being asked about certain situations you have experienced and how you have handled them. Simply put the interviewers are wanting to know how well you will be able to integrate to the workplace and work with your colleagues.

Good luck for the interview!
