I've tried doing this Argentina method to buy stuff off the xbox store like 20 times over the last 3 days, I've used this method a while back and it worked fine.
I use ibVPN , it is shared to my xbox connection and is connected to argentina. Everytime I try to buy a game it gives me " We're having trouble processing your payment" even though I fully put a perfect argentina hotel address. Not to mention it charged me 90 cents for everytime I tried buying something.
I know it may be because of the xbox service being down, but wouldn't it give me a different error if it was?

Is it also charging you like 80-90 cents?

Yes, Theres about 9 of em.
They are refunded fairly quickly but its still annoying to see them on statements

I'm having the same issue. I have no problem waiting on them to fix it, but I just checked the official status. It says it has been going on since 6/22/2018. Either this is a mistake or wtf Xbox? Lol
