At the minute I'm not any on any specific diet, I'm just trying to eat a lot more calories than I need to so I can try out on some weight as I'm a bit under at the minute

I'm working out 3 times a week, just so that the weight I put on doesn't go into fat lol

I wish I had the luxury of fast metabolism. Have gained 30 pounds in the past 6 months.
