Get up at 5am start work at 7 then finish at 7. 12 hour day, get home have dinner then bed and repeat

I went from working days to working nights to being off for 2 weeks, back to days then now I'm back on nights. This is the crappy part of the construction industry, but it's worth it for the big paychecks lol.

Due to my job its a bit weird, sometimes its sleep at 2am and wake up at 6am, other times its sleep at 8pm to wake up at 3am, and then the occasional sleep at 5am to wake up at 3pm all for work...

This is the most normal sleeping schedule i used to be like this wen i was in school and for a month after i finished but now. Its all messed up with work and hanging out after and things

I'm the same as you man, waking up at 2-3PM sitting up still 6-7AM then sleeping through again, usually wake up at like 10am randomly then fall back over

I usually fall asleep at around 23:30 and wake up at 06:50. Not 8 hours but it's enough for me I think.
