I think it works well for some people, but myself personally need it to be dead silent when I sleep.

Not a fan of ASM haha tried it but it doesn't really do anything for me. I actually kind of find it annoying. Oh well haha. I usually just listen to something like waves crashing to aid me to sleep.

not really into asmr i find it odd that people have a hard on for mic scratching asmr which isnt asmr at all, but i have a friend whos normal talk is pretty much asmr so i guess if its vocals its fine but not ear r*pe ones imo, im not really into it like i said

So in regards to my previous post, I actually tried to fall asleep to it and well I some of the non speaking ones made me occasionally shit myself
