What is the best way to fix BSOD, I installed the wrong drivers, then I restart my pc then I turn back on then its on BSOD. any fix or download or way to access anything on my PC?

Is your hdmi plugged into your gpu or Mobo

Can you get into the BIOS?
If you can try loading into safe mode first and see?

ive tried booting in safe mode but no luck

Try booting off a windows 10 USB // CD and repair windows
