I found a pci card, and no, not a pci-e card, just a pci card. This pci card claims to have usb 3.0 capability, one at 5.0 gbps, one at 480 mbps, one at 12 mbps, and one 1.5 mbps. Is this even possible? If so, this would help me out a lot as I am restoring and old dell optiplex 380 sff pc. I will provide a link to the ebay page. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

yes it is possible; for the price on ebay i am not sure. A little cheaper on Amazon, you also need an extra sata power connector. I wouldn't trust those speeds, but yes it is a real card.

If this even is legit, it is over priced. A quick search of the name and I found some about $10 cheaper. I'm sure you could find a better deal used.
