So I've been gaming these past 2 weeks on my new computer with a 2tb HDD. I'm now wanting to get a ssd that about 500 gb or the 250 one , either works! But I need it for faster booting times and just overall pc performance.

My cpu specs are below !!

1. i3-7100 344572
2. 8GB 2400 (single) 658740
3. ASRock B250M-HDV mATX 207563
4. Cooler Master 500W 321620
5. Antec mATX case 298653
6. 2TB Toshiba 7200RPM 451740
7. ASUS GTX 1050 Ti 194621

Motto: it felt as though it was this long dark tunnel, with a very bright light at the end, so brilliant, it was more brilliant than the sun
Need a budget & currency to work with.

So you want to replace the 2TB storage for a 500GB SSD? Confused... Get a 60GB SSD boot drive and leave the 2TB in there for now. Nothing wrong with mechanical disks for gaming. If you use other applications like autoCAD etc, put them on the SSD as that will benefit you in some way, you may want to invest into a larger SSD if needed.
