Someone told me that if you complete season 3 or any other seasons battle pass to level 100 you will receive the next seasons for free, can anyone confirm this?

Nope. I had level 100 on season 2 and still paid full price. I was offered a few free tiers to begin with though.

They probably mean you get enough vbucks from the paid battle pass to not have to buy vbucks again if you save them for the next season

When you buy the Battle Pass it Cost 950 Vbucks, Going through the tiers you earn it back plus more, I think its a 100 Vbucks per 10 tiers which is a 1000.

Plus purchasing the battle pass in the next season it give you 5 free tiers for buying last season.

theres no way that you get the battle pass free unless you keep your vbucks from this season and spend it on buying next seasons battle pass
