Generally people put gta menus as plugin 3.

Chat would be the guy to ask that but I'm assuming you would inject on the dashboard so when you load up GTA the plugin would load.

injecting it worked i got the notification asking how i would like to open the menu

plugin4 = Hdd:\XDRPC.xex

RPC and XDRPC are not needed, but you can put RPC in JRPC.ini
Make sure JRPC2 is inside your main plugins.

Yea decent variety of menus out there. African was the best I used but it is expensive.

I also used OG Menu and silk road.

As chat said you do not need these plugins in your launch.ini
You can just use JRPC2 and within the JRPC.ini on the root of your HDD put RPC and that will allow you to use tools for GTA but with a menu your don't use tools if being honest.
