I had the same issue, but it was caused by me being kind of brainless at the time (not an i sult, just saying I didn't think everything through). I have two Epic Games accounts, one for pc, and one for console. I had already linked my Twitch account to my pc Epic games account which caused my issue. I'm pretty sure you said somethingalong the lines of only having one account, so I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe it's an issue on their side, maybe it's on your side. I did want to say that after I unlinked my Twitch account from my pc account it took a while to get my loot on Xbox. Have you made sure to look at your Twitch account to see if it is linked to another account?
