So before I buy this pc build today I want to make sure it's not my internet

Problem- can't stream without it lagging at 720p 60fps, tried obs studio aswell

Setup- dell Inspiron Amd E-2 series processor 1.8ghz (rendering videos takes longer then my gf getting ready)

Internet test- 100mbps download and 11 Mbps upload

Probably your pc, Assuming your streaming at 4-5k bitrate and asuminmg your streaming on twitch.

When you say 11mbps, is that what your isp says your getting or what speedtest.net says your getting.

I tried streaming at 1.8 and it was all messed up on obs, yes I'm streaming to twitch and yes those are average speeds from my tests

My consol streams fine if I use twitch app that's why I think it's my computer

In which case try uping that bitrate.

i use 4.5k at 1080p 60fps, if those are averages for your speed tests.

Try 3k?

what are you streaming to need 60fps?

if your streaming a console youll only need 30fps

It looks like a problem with your pc, you shouldn't be lagging with that speed.

Definitely an issue with your computer specifications.

Your speeds are fine for 60fps 720p, your computer just isn't able to handle the stream.

Check task manager for your CPU usage while streaming, it should be quite high because of the demand on it.

It's 75% on obs when trying to stream.. so I'm assuming it's the pc
