lmao gravity isn't just 'a word we made up' it's the likely theory that our planet pulls mass to it's centre.
Although gravity is just a theory and nobody knows for sure.

In regards to the topic, I believe the earth is spherical.

If there was no Gravity everything would just be floating around in space. Gravity is what keeps us pulled into the earth. I suggest looking at Einstein's theory. But it is a weird thing i guess we will eventually know more when we start looking into artificial gravity but i doubt that'll be in our lifetime.
