They're different games, they do not transfer from console to console. You'll have to buy it on Xbox one instead of 360. They should refund you as long as it's within 30 days.

They are not different games. They are the same game and you are playing on 360 servers. You should have them check everywhere.

No. I just recently got the xbox one tbh yall but i bought the map packs on my 360, but i figured they wouldve switched over being its the same game. Kind of a rip off if you ask me.

That is why nothing transfers from old gen to next gen. No marketplace purchases, no stats, DLCs, absolutely nothing transfers over.

OP if you just recently bought the map, try contacting support and explaining to them that you thought it worked for both Xbox 360 and Xbox one. Won't hurt to try and get a refund, the least they can do is deny your request.

Yeah but it's a completely different game technically on the xbox one I mean way more content and etc all of the people saying it should work are referring to the technical xbox 360 version which was technically made by a totally different company and servers are much different sorry man but contact support and they should help you out they're usually pretty lenient
