As the title states, I am looking to upgrade some parts in my PC. I got this PC a few months ago from a friend that was getting rid of it so I don't know how bad/good the parts are, but I have noticed that it does run a bit slower than it used to which is why i'm looking to upgrade parts to help boost performance.

I would like to spend the least amount as possible and would like to stick around the $200-$300 (USD) range, but will go up if absolutely needed.

I use this for the basic browsing the web, watching YouTube, sometimes playing games like Fortnite, GTA, etc., and streaming from my PS4 with an elgato. I do not need a mouse, keyboard, any of that stuff. I am just strictly looking to upgrade parts.

Here's a screenshot from speccy of my current specs:

RX 460 is pretty meh, so I'd recommend upgrading to the next generation GTX 1050Ti replacement, which should hopefully be 3GB GTX 1060 performance for <$160 but who knows with the current GPU market tbh.
