I'm not sure if the caffeine is good for you at that ammount. If you're trying to ease off of that first, try going to sprite as it's Caffiene-free. Then try to just going to water. Any soda for you is bad but it's better to get rid of that nasty Caffiene "drug" then ease off of all soda. The fructose-corn-syrup messes up your stomach the most out of all of it.

I suggest you start to cut back soon. You'll regret it later on in life.

I feel sorry for your teeth...

I have also been addicted to Mtn. Dew for the longest time.
I had a really bad drinking phase in Highschool with my buddy's lmao, we all know how that goes.
It was pretty heavy.
I eventually put myself in the hospital and got diagnosed with Gastritis.
With that I can't consume any drink that has 'CITRIC ACID' in it, so does Sprite any type of citris or lemony drink usually does. So I can't drink them if I do my stomach hurts really bad. I know drink Dr. Pepper which I used to drink just as much but now its all the time lmao.

Used to drink it a lot but I quit and now only drink water and herbal tea. Life is better.

I don't necessarily think you're addicted to Moutain Dew, I think you're addicted to the caffeine content that it contains.
