I just put it back in and after 5 or so minutes it booted. Last time before I posted this it still didn't boot after over 20 mins.. just need to sort this disc tray. Any ideas?

May have been knocked around during delivery. Give it a little knock on top of the case which might move it into it's place or try open it with something like a flathead screwdriver as it may just be catching a bit

Mine flashed green and red.
What i would suggest is take harddrive out and see if it boots if it does then something could be on the harddrive it has happened to me.
Anyways i then put a external harddrive in and put all the required plugins and xex menu and stuff on that then i had to use that as my default loader
