I recently got a gaming laptop and purchased GTA IV. When I try to launch the game it will show the white text (legal stuff) and take forever to load. Then when the game finally loads it says not responding. Anyone know why?

What do you mean? The only thing I can think of is steam is 32 bit and my pc is 64 bit. But any other game works fine.
