Christmas is here so you already know in 7 days it will be a totally new year. What is everybody's plans for the new year and what are you guys going to give up or at least try to?

I'm gonna start working out again. Gave this last year up and I've gained weight. So time to turn into muscle.

The start of last year I lost 100 pounds. However the second half of these year I didn't lose any more however I didn't gain any. I have 1 month and like 7 days before its 1 year so over this time I plan on pushing 40 pounds off, at least 30 which shouldn't be hard.

I'm due to start my fitness training for the air force by May 2018 so until then I'm going to be hammering the fitness.

Im going to be saving for a mortgage, and also going to start training again, my goal is to get to 100kg at the moment im only 75kg,
so its going to be alot of eating and alot of training but i am 100% on it this year.

Not really a New Years plan but tomorrow I'm going to a party and his mother dropped 1k on drinks
