Honestly they need to get a whole new coaching staff and I'd think theyd be much better off. Not a big fan of them, but I hate to see teams go into these kinds of losing streaks

They need to clear out the coaching staff first of all and most of the players.

I think that they should just give up completely. They need to reorder EVERYTHING. It become so bad that everyone is making a joke out of it.

For Example:

They made a joke about 2018, that the Browns haven't lost a game yet.

They need to make a comeback soon.

Cleveland hasn't had a chance since Bill Belicheck was there, anyone saying Cleveland should "rebuild" is foolish as they've been rebuilding for what feels like the last 18 years. Cleveland doesn't need a NEW Quarterback, they need to stick with one and let him gain experience. Anyone ever heard of defenses win championships? How about using your first round picks for someone other than a Quarterback.
