When I was 6 I trapped my thumb in a heavy metal door which cut completely through my bone leaving it hanging by a small piece of skin, as they 'fixed' it I was knocked out for over 24 hours according to my parents, even after the drugs.

FYI - the doctors said I'd never be able to use the thumb again due to cutting through nerves etc but around 11 years later it's fully operational.

ive slept for about 15 hours back when i played xbox for like 72 hours straight
