personally I would love to see this game come to backwards compatibility but the only thing bad about that is all the modders and cheaters that still come with it and is one of the main reasons I don't play it still this day.

now a remastered version would be cool to see, just hope they don't ruin it like they did with cod 4 it just didn't feel the same as the original.

I'd rather them just make it backwards compatible, after seeing what they've done with MWR.

Just shut down the 360 servers and make it bc.

Also, they're for sure already in the process of making MW2R, I can assure you.
