i am rebuilding my pc kinda, i ordered a new case new motherbored new cpu cooler etc, i am using my same i7 proccesser and msi radeon 390x 8gb video card for right now, i am also using my same hardive, my qustion is if i use my same hardrive for my new motherbored will windows automaticly install or will i have to rebuy it or what.

No you should be good. Obviously there could still be problems but you should be fine.
