Do I need to be rank 55 and able to prestige a division for this to work?

TIP: Tap up on the joy stick works much better!! wait until its like 99.9% full press up, then triangle, x. Once you get the hang of it, its easy!

I keep getting a screen flicker and nothing happens after that?

I feel like this guy is making a lot of accounts and posting legit because me and my friends can't even get it to stay on the screen when you prestige infantry . Lol

2 of my friends just did it with Infantry... Unfortunately I am stuck doing it with Expeditionary and it's almost 100% impossible.
