yes i tip and depending where i am depends on how much i tip i use to be a server so i know how its like

If the server is good, normally ill tip around $10, but if they regularly come and checkup and does things fast, I'll leave $25
but even if they're bad ill tip like 4 bucks lol

This topic revealed TTG members come from different cultures.

Some dont need to give tips, some like to be generous, some can't afford to give out money and some dont leave their bedrooms. There is a saying about not praying in public since it's just showing off how righteous you are, I believe this is like tipping in my culture, if i say "keep the change" and its like £10 change then people would actively look down on me since its seen as showing off my wealth. Cultures which have huge class divide are often like this since its the polite thing to do. I see some cultures openly talk about how much they make so openly but to me its a foreign concept or a taboo thing.

The only thing this topic has revealed is a lot of people who think they can judge someone's level of generosity based on something as paltry as whether or not they tip.

I always leave a tip since thats basically what theyre working for.

I'll usually tip about $5 but if she's nice enough I'll tip $10-$15

But if she's rude and acts like she wants to get out of the restaurant than sorry no tip for you.

Being poor, I do give tips. I once gave a server $100 dollars in all ones Kappa

If the server is polite and not nowhere to be found then I usually tip pretty nice
