I pre ordered the pro edition from GAME and got codes emailed to me, I put the divisions pack one in and it's in my mail but I'm unable to collect them. I also redeemed the multiplayer upgrade pack which is supposed to give you 2XP and a Permanent unlock token but i haven't been given either

pretty sure you have to claim it in your mail through the HQ.
