Will set up a list for you shortly, is £250 the maximum budget or can you stretch £10-30?
Also on this budget, are you prepared for used parts?

Thanks , I could probably stretch £10 but I'd prefer to use new parts (I'd be ok with a second hand case, I've even heard people building them in shoeboxes...

Problem is with this budget you may not get the result you wish, I'll see what I can do for you.

Most I can get it down to is;

PCPartPicker part list: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Price breakdown by merchant: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

CPU: AMD - FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor (£47.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£44.94 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£37.34 @ More Computers)
Video Card: MSI - GeForce GT 1030 2GB 2GH OC Video Card (£65.21 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Rosewill - SCM-01 ATX Mini Tower Case (£20.88 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: Fractal Design - Integra M 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£48.48 @ Ebuyer)
Total: £264.84

If you can stretch £30, get an FX-6300 instead of the CPU I provided.

Don't go with what is above, nowhere near worth it IMHO no upgrade path, and no storage lol.

You can go with the g4400 to keep it close to budget or go for a g4560 for better performance.

I dont say this often but that's just not enough. You could build a decent entry level system for £350. Otherwise, you're going to be better iff buying used;

Case and PSU are trash but it'll be fine for a low end GPU. They should be replaced in the future when possible. Haswell i3 so you could upgrade to a decent i5 or Xeon without a new motherboard.

Grab this GPU for it;

Or maybe grab a GTX 1050.

With the GTX 950, you should have enough leftover for this;
