You should give Buddhist mindfulness meditation a try. It's called Vipassana and it sounds like spiritual mumbo-jumbo but it can be used in an entirely secular context.
I have absolutely no spiritual beliefs but have been benefiting from it for about a year now.
At the very least it will clear up your thoughts and give you a clearer sense of what you do believe or have good reason to believe.

Let's look at this from a purely mathematical perspective though. Thousands of people across the world are likely knocked unconscious every day. Yet only a handful seem to have experienced this.
That should mean it is much more likely that you are not experiencing this than the likelihood that you are.
Take into account also that most people will never be knocked unconscious in their life and the likelihood grows even more improbable.

Although, we still avoid dark alleyways even though statistics say they are just as safe as anywhere else.

This is wild man. I think it is possible. What I think is crazy is that this all happened over the course of just being passed out for a little bit. Reminds me soooo much of Inception.
