Welp, without any info, we can't help you much.

Budget & currency
Why do you feel you need an upgrade
Whats important to you, looks or performance
What do you use your PC for
How long do you want it to last
Do you want anything specific?

Im just looking for general suggestions so the field is pretty open, I don't feel like there is a must for a upgrade or a need for anything specific but would like to see what people suggest.
Budget: ~ (Within Reason)
Currency: GBP (£)
I use my PC for everyday use/work and gaming, ideally I would want the PC to last for as long as possible lmao.

What games do you play. Also, if you're working, do you any specific PC heavy applications like CAD software ect?

Don't upgrade then. If your system is performing as well as you like, there's no need to waste money.
