You shouldn't be spending $130AUD for 8GB RAM. The $105 kit I recommended is even a bit more than you need to pay for 8GB. You can get a 16GB kit for like $170AUD, so there's no reason to pay $130 for 8GB.

Just get the CX450M and save $20AUD, it's more than adequate.

Do not get the Phantom 240, really terrible case compared to the Eclipse P300 and P400S.

As for motherboard, you can get cheaper boards with RGB LEDs;
