i look at the screen i went through typing classes in HS so yea

I kind of do a bit of both really when I type. I look at the keyboard and screen most of the time.

Sometimes I can do it, some times I cant

I type significantly faster if I look at the keyboard just from force of habit, but right now I am typing this without looking at the keyboard.

Also, I never rest my fingers on the ASDF JKL; keys like how you are taught in school.

My fingers are placed on the keys W E L keys. Everything else just floats and comes down to the correct key without thinking about it.

I could type without looking but I tend to still type with looking.

At the screen. Like Ethan said, in school you're taught to keep your eight fingers on the eight home keys. I can never do that. If I actually try to do that I type much slower. Usually have my fingers resting on W, A, D and L.

I look at my keyboard and type with one finger even though I can type just fine using both of my hands haha

I look at my screen i have the entire keyboard memorise

i look at the keyboard when i start to type or when i make a grammar mistake on essays
