Ok so I've been having my CPU usage at %99 and my GPU only at like %70-80 playing bf1 I have an i5 4690k and a GTX 1070. I had my CPU OC to 4.3ghz and then the throttling was really bad so I put it back to stock core speeds I think it was 37-37-36-35 or something around that. And I'm still having throttling issues even if I put it at high performance in the power manager.
EDIT: ok i realize i missing some info here. my cpu is not thermal throttling even when its overclocked. my temps stay around 50c-60c no more with a hyper 212 evo push pull so two fans. I am noticing fps drops because of this as well i can barely hold 60fps with bf1 maxed out at 1920x1080.
