I mean im skinny lol, i want to be fit but its deff not to lose weight. im like 6'0 and weigh 150 or so. So its definitely not that.
Then it's not that difficult. Buy fruits, vegetables, salads, brown pasta, and there's tons more you can get in a health food isle if you have one at your store, but Google is your friend tbh.

Stay away from the Junk food, although it is very nice. Try out salads a lot more, and smoothies.

Cut out food instead of adding food

No soda, no sugar in coffee, no candy,


Also, go on a high fat and no carb diet

Cutting out going out to eat often and eating meals you cook yourself will help you out a lot when it comes to that.

Thanks guys. I'm going to cut out junk food and sugar. I'll start eating more salad since I'm really picky with vegetables or ill mix it into a drink or something.
