Need a little help with wifi issuePosted:

So my friend has this basic Hp computer from like Walmart or somewhere lol
Not sure but anyway it had wifi on it then factory reset it and now no wifi it's a desktop so I'm wondering why it's not there just says Ethernet cable to plug in so then went out and bought a wifi adapter that you plug into your USB port it was showing up in device manager but with yellow signs so I go to update says it's up to date but doesn't work either it's a netgear one so I thought it would work for him it didn't and note he's using his Neighbors Wi-Fi Witch they allow so he needs help anything please ?

Go into Device Manager, take a screenshot and upload it to this thread.

Also, which WiFi dongle are you using?

he factory reset it to see if the wifi would come back but I will when it's done.
And the wifi thing I'm not sure honestly just a little play USB that says netgear on it with a button wan

You may neither to reodnwlaod the drivers for your netgear USB wifi adaptor
