Okay it states that the only games that can be modded are Xbox Play Anywhere Games, yes i have seen the list. Yet upon trying to mod Forza Horizon 3 i find myself stuck because the only mod that shows is Gears of War 4. If there aren't any other games that have the ability to be modded it is merely a Gears of War 4 modding tool, nothing more? If someone would like to shed some light as to why I can't mod Forza Horizon 3 despite it being a Xbox Play Anywhere Game that would be great.
