I don't think there's ever been a way to remotely recover another person on MW3 without using an all client stats option on a mod menu, I believe that's how it's done.

The remote recovery thing only works with BO2 since there's an actual plug-in for it (the BO2Spoofer.exe) and it works like a charm.

i never saw a method even released. sure there is xuid spoofer but it doesn't allow you to do remote recovery unfortunately. I just use destruction v1 in private match and give em all 20th level 80 & unlock all

i just use the all client tab on appnet to do mw3 unlock all and levels

There was a remote recovery method at least a year back, but that was patched and there hasn't been a new method found/released. If you want to derank him, you would either need to go on his account or get him in a lobby and derank him that way.
