Has nothing to do with any games because if you watched the video, you would see that he's getting the popup at the dashboard.

Is it a new console? I see you have a menu and stealth so I'd assume it's not your first time booting it up so it's an odd message to me. If you know how I'd suggest re updating with xebuild to make sure none of the files are corrupt and it is definitly on 17511. If you still get the message after that then it should be safe to accept.

You could always ask the person you bought it from but if you're positive it's on dashboard 17511 I'm going to say it's safe.

I'm laying in the bed but if you want me to update your dash for you I can do it tomorrow. Then like I said if you still get the message after reflashing 17511 then it's definitely safe. I don't want to tell you flat out to download it without it being my console and not able to troubleshoot other things first.
