I do think this is a stupid rule but i also would just walk out of class and use the bathroom if they told me i could or not. It is a cery stupid rule and i think you should contact your Dean and or principal.

Mate, do not let anyone tell you what to do!! if you need to go restroom just go lol, I myself always got in trouble for doing this back in school as I would always just walk out without even saying anything to the teacher lol I mean we are not babies ffs.
