Any tool just to see if it connects. You can try Entity by Sombra, CoD stats by Sonido (spelling?). I'm thinking it's the version of your tool especially if it's cracked. Just go on youtube and search for tu18 bo2 tools

Delete your console from xbox 360 neighborhood and re connect it, except this time, make sure you make it the default console. This has to 100% be the issue.
