I would like a dual nand jtag/rgh asap for a reasonable price with console controller and power cables.

Send Rodent_Modz a PM. From what I've heard, dual nands are fairly complicated to do and he is very experienced when it comes to console services so he can get you situated. I don't know how much he charges for dual nands, but just send him a PM with your inquiry and he will get back to you when he gets a chance.
