I believe the issue is xbOnline just did the same thing on another console

Its most likely Destruction.
Try to reinstall it.
If that doesnt work make sure its not another plugin interfering
like the bo2 spoofer plugins might be interfering.

I have xbOnline and Destruction v1 running. I have no issues on MW2 or BO1, only issue is on MW3 as it does not load.

Using XbOnlone and Destruction is known to causes issues. Try removing destruction from your plugins

Using it on teapot on same console and it works fine.even without destruction both still crash on multiplayer

Xbonline is garbage, nothing but a buggy ass server and its super plain. Streamah stealth is much better
