The problem with that is that when sold through eBay, the money shows up in your PayPal balance but you won't be able to use those funds until the item has arrived to its destination (eBay keeps track of the item's shipping address) and once the item reaches it's destination and is marked as "Delivered", it takes another few days for the money to be made available in your funds to use.

Not to sure about that man, i thought once its in uour paypal balance its yours i might be wrong though. Like if it shows in your paypa balance you can even transfer the money to uour bank account.

its normal for the bids to go higher than your asking price. this often happens a lot as some people feel a sense of accomplishment outbidding someone and winning. your items sell better and typically for more than your bin when you enable bidding.

Not really "allowed" but you can add a listing of a modified console on eBay, it's up to whoever's monitoring those listings to determine that the console is modified and they'll alert eBay to take down the listing due to "copyright issues".
