so I switched my kv and its unbanned I checked
but my console is still banned help me pease

If you know for sure the kv is unbanned try testing ur connection, that sometimes fix it and if not theres a few other ways to try to fix

take the kv off. Keep Xbox off for 15 seconds. Turn back on put kv back on. Clear cache 3 times. Unplug power brick for 15 seconds. Then power back on. Should be all set

I had this problem and have never been able to use Ninja since so maybe try a new server.

If you are 100% sure the KV is unbanned and it's still showing up banned on your console, it could be several things. The server you're running could be down, your console is having trouble connecting to your console, anything like that. Make sure to test your connection and if that doesn't work, shut off your console and unplug it for about 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes are up, connect it and boot up your console. It might connect to Xbox Live automatically so if it does you're good to go. If it doesn't, go ahead and test your connection again and it should work.
