Solely JRPC (Along with XBDM)?

Set plugin 3 as RPC and plugin 4 as JRPC2. That's how I have my plugins set and everything works fine for me.

I was helping a guy that had this problem, everything was exactly how you had it but with the correct plugins, he switched computers and it worked fine, my guess is it's the PC

Yeah, I thought so. I was working with Fold on a way to possibly get it working again, and he speculated that it might be the computer. I had a feeling he was correct, but when I think about it, I don't know why that'd make sense because everything WAS working on the computer before, then it just stopped working one day. I don't know if it was something I did on the computer or what.

You could try restoring your PC and installing everything over again, there's a chance that could help.

I think I remember getting a firewall pop-up asking if I wanted to allow connections through neighborhood when I first set it up. Unsure if something happened where the firewall is blocking it, though as Simplicity mentioned you could do a restore to a point it was working or maybe a refresh.

That's honestly what I was thinking of doing. I really hope that solves that problem, because if it doesn't, I'm shit out of luck because I don't have another computer. Also, regarding the firewall issue, all my firewalls are off. Before I shut them off, I was having issues connecting to Neighbourhood, but that's since been solved.

Just so everyone knows, this is NOT a plugin issue. On his computer I coded a simple XRPC tool and it managed to work. However, other programs I put on his computer that solely used XRPC wouldn't work.

I even included the full source and everything with the programs I sent him, and even if they had the same code, same everything, they just wouldn't be able to connect. His firewalls are off, and I checked his modem logs and it isn't blocking anything going to or coming from his rgh.

The issue always was caused by a COM exception directly related to the XRPC library, and would happen irregardless if XRPC.dll was in the same directory as the tool or not. Again, this only happened on the tools I sent him, and did not occur on the one I coded on the spot for testing (I first coded it on my computer, it worked, then again on his computer, and it worked too. However a tool I had coded previously on my own computer would not work even if the entire source was opened and debugged from his computer).

Truthfully, I'm unsure what the issue is. The only interesting thing is that his .NET framework is pre-installed onto his OS, so he's unable to install the 4.5 redistributable. If something was corrupt in the framework, it could be at fault and there's little we could do aside from restoring. However, if anything I said gives anyone ideas, feel free to post them.
