Not many companies will hire a 15-year old, especially one with no experience. My brother is 16 (almost 17) and still can't find a job that won't send him an e-mail or notification that says he's too young.

Also, most companies don't want to work too much around a pretty solid school schedule. It can be summer and they still don't want to work with a person who still depends on their parents to take them to work or to walk there, possibly coming in late.
