Honestly If You Did Free Remote Recoverys for like a half hour I Bet you would get "Potential Buyers", I mean look at dalms post. It's just crazy over there

Host free stuff, and actually do host. Not just post bumps for views and replies, like some do.

After awhile you will get a lot or people and you get more noticed, after awhile you can begin your shop and go paid. Offer them for a limited time so people know you're legit, I did that and my shop is now #1 with users wanting lobbies

Also, make sure you treat everyone with respect and don't act like an ass and people will recommend you and leave good feedback.

It takes hard work and time to get there, but you will

With how the market is right now, you've got a lot ot competition (seeing as how there's the remote recovery method for Black Ops 2 and some serviced being given out for free).

The only advantage you'd have over the free services is that some people aren't patient enough to wait for the user to get to do their account so they'd pay a cheap shop for the remote BO2 recovery, for example.

Do weekend deals or something like that, watch what the other shops' prices are, work around those prices to make your shop more attractive than others.

Make sure to respond quickly to your customers to give them great service. These little aspects attract more customers since the customers you've already served will vouch for you and recommend you to their friends if they're interested for a recovery or mod menu.

There's a lot of competition between shops now in the CoD forum. I gave up on trying to sell since there were so many shops opening up, offering the same service I was but for a cheaper price (the only cheaper price was $1 since I offered for $2 or $3).

Remote recoveries is the number 1 thing people want. I can help you set up a topic for it if you'd like

People look for remote recoveries rather than mod menus. Don't do like some people who have done "Post for your chance at a free recovery!" and they never actually did any free recovery at all.

But again, look at your competitor's prices and work around them. If you're going to offer free remote recoveries, remember that you're going to get flooded by requests and people barraging you with private messages and friend requests. You've gotta have patience and not try to go so fast you mess up an account or something.

Host free lobbies, and just help out the community with free lobbies, I pretty much do free lobbies every day if not every other day

Have a good proffessional GFX design for your shop.

I would say have good reasonable prices, but I think you've got that covered
