I'm pretty sure all bypass methods have been patched so unfortunately you would not be able to get use the phone. Only thing you could do is contact whoever you bought the phone from and try to get a refund. Although it's very unlikely that they'll go through with the refund since that's like 99% the reason why the sold it in the first place, it's worth a try. Also, don't think Apple or any phone carrier will actually unlock it for you since it is a lost/stolen phone.
