So ive recently started to stream and i was interested to play gta5 but with all my settings on low my gpu only runs at 20% usage, i have an intel I7 6700, EVGA GTX 1060 6gb, Asus h110m-e/m.2 motherboard, 8GB crucial ballistics ddr4, Corsair cx600 powersupply. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. thanks

How are you making sure that it's only using 20%
Also, your GPU will only use as much as it needs. So if your settings are on low, crank them to medium and see if your usage goes up. You probably have VSYNC on which is capping your frames at 60 so your usage isn't through the roof.
